Join bat biologists on an easy 2 mile round trip night hike around the Coachella Valley Preserve on an adventure looking for bats!  Multiple bat detectors will be running as we hike to show people how these amazing creatures of the night communicate and can be identified in the field once the sun goes down.  

Bring a flashlight or headlamp for an easy night hike on the McCallum Pond Trail.
