As a resident or visitor to the Coachella Valley, did you know that the mountains you see through your bedroom window, the sandy undeveloped lot you pass on the way to the grocery store, and even your own backyard might hold endangered species? Come learn about some of the threatened and endangered plants and animals you share a home with and figure out how you can be a better neighbor! Families welcome: you can bring a pack lunch to enjoy on a shaded patio afterwards.
Meet at the Cahuilla Theater inside the Visitor Center. This is a free lecture but your tax deductible donations are welcome.
RSVP required, seating is limited.
