Due to the government shut-down, the monument Visitor Center is closed so this event will take place at the Art Smith Trailhead on the right side of Highway 74 (west), across the street from the Visitor Center (and just past the driveway).
The Astronomical Society of the Desert will conduct “sky tours” and direct observations of the night sky through telescopes and giant binoculars. Hosted by the Astronomical Society of the Desert.
