From Box Canyon Road the trail leads from a narrow canyon to a hilltop. You will have fabulous views of the Salton Sea and southward. Follow the ridge down to Sheep Hole Oasis over to Hidden Springs Canyon. Explore the narrow canyons geology and into the oasis.

For our more intrepid volunteers, hike a little further to the Grottos, climb up and out to follow the ridge back to Hidden Oasis. This is approximately 5-6 miles roundtrip.
