To protect the health of our community and limit the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak, we have cancelled all events for the month of April. This event will be rescheduled when possible.
Learn about California’s state reptile with a nature walk, games, stories and feeding time for Bowser, a special tortoise who lives at Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains National Monument Visitor Center. Some activities will even improve tortoise habitat. Wear closed-toe shoes and bring a hat for sun protection and lunch. Reusable water bottles will be provided. Ages 6-11 welcome.
RSVP required, as space is limited. Registration begins 30 days in advance of the event.
